“And that was what started 6+ years of career exploration. I kept track of what day-to-day things I like and don’t like. I identified what gets me a job and what doesn’t help me keep it. In that time, I refined how I approached job applications and working with bosses. I optimized how to best connect with coworkers and ally myself with clients. Most importantly though, I learned over time how to assess each role and team as appropriate for me or not.
I want to share some of that strategy with ya’ll: the path I took to finally be able to say that I have a title that works for me and a job that’s right for me.”
